Destilerias Pico is located in El Puerto de Santa Maria, the heart of Jerez, Spain. It was founded in 1824 by D. Manuel Pico, and is still a leader in the delicate trade of distilling cacao. In 1952 the distillery was passed on to the brothers Merello, who kept true to tradition. In an artificial world, Pico maintains to distill using completely natural products and true craftmanship until the product is finished. The distillation in authentic copper alembics allows to distill the purest essence of cacao.
